Service Description

This session includes the online assessment and debrief. The ELI is an invaluable tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person perceives the world, and turns it into something tangible, a metric, that you can see, feel, and reevaluate in the future. This tool also captures how you currently perceive their approach to life and the way they work. With this awareness, the insights gained from an Energy Leadership Index debrief with me gives you an opportunity to reshape your attitude and worldview, and transform who you are.
